$70-$72/hour Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the data collection facility’s operations, ensuring efficient workflows for data gathering, storage, and processing. Collaborate with research scientists, data engineers, and technical program managers to plan and align data collection with research objectives. Manage software development and hardware acquisition tasks, organize work into sprints, and lead related meetings. Support project budgets and vendor contracts, including preparing statements of work for data collection projects. Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain high standards of operational excellence and data quality. What’s Needed
Proven experience in project management, particularly in scientific or data collection facility environments. Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion. Understanding of ethical and privacy considerations related to human subjects research. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors. Proficiency with project management tools and experience working in an agile environment.
