ABR Employment Services is hiring: Machine Operator and Formulator Positions in

ABR has teamed up with a company in Randolph and is looking for a Machine Operators and Formulators for 2nd shift.  This is a try-before-hire opportunity with growth potential!

Employees on these positions work with our Manufacturing Supervisors to maximize production output.

MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Run machinery in accordance with daily production schedules
• Assist in setting up production lines and moving production equipment as necessary from line to line.
• Operate material handling equipment including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks and barrel handlers.
• Identify areas for improved efficiency.
• Label and palletize manufactured products.

Formulator Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manufacture products according to approved formulas.

• Maintain accurate batch records and all paperwork required for this position.

• Operate material handling equipment including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks and barrel handlers.

• Assist with maintaining organization of warehouse including inventory control.

• Thoroughly clean manufacturing equipment after each production run.

• Check all equipment for maintenance issues and cleanliness before starting a new product.

• Gain a good understanding of the equipment needed to mix the product per formulation.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma, GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience 
• Forklift experience desired
