Responsibilities We’re seeking a Global EHSQ Specialist to lead programs that ensure environmental stewardship, workplace safety, health protection, and uncompromising quality across our global operations. This role is critical to embedding a culture of safety, sustainability, and excellence in everything we do.
Global EHSQ Leadership: Support and strengthen EHSQ programs across Nikkiso CEIG’s worldwide sites and projects.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to international, regional, and local requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, EPA, etc.).
Culture Builder: Promote a proactive, prevention-first mindset across operations, engineering, and service teams.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives that reduce risks, enhance quality, and improve environmental performance.
Training & Development: Deliver EHSQ training that empowers employees and contractors to lead with safety and quality.
Incident & Audit Management: Lead investigations, audits, and root cause analysis—implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Collaboration: Partner with global leaders to align EHSQ priorities with business goals and customer expectations.
Sustainability Impact: Contribute to initiatives that cut emissions, minimize waste, and support the clean energy transition.
Work Environment Work in both office and workshop environments at company and customer sites.
Salary range: $91,128 – $130,576
Qualifications Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Quality, Engineering, or related field (advanced certifications like NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, or Six Sigma a plus).
5 years of global or multi-site EHSQ experience in industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
In-depth knowledge of international standards and compliance frameworks.
Strong track record in safety culture, quality management, and sustainability programs.
Excellent communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and influencing skills.
Hands-on approach with the ability to work globally across teams and time zones.
Willingness to travel internationally to support sites, customers, and projects.
