Overview
Aerospace Products - Senior Supply Chain Analyst - Hybrid position based in Sylmar, CA. Reports to the Global Supply Chain Director. This hybrid role primarily at the Sylmar, CA facility. Responsibilities
Work in a matrix organization, providing support to platform, finance, operations and other personnel. Lead and direct analysis of alternative approaches and methodologies to improve consistency of supply plan forecasting and results reporting. Establish and maintain standard work and best practices within manufacturing facilities for supply plan and financial estimate processes. Support creation of operational information/data to enable timely, data-based business decisions and issue resolution for routine production and new programs. Serve as a subject matter expert for supply plan reporting, including QAD records, alignment between units and financial results, plant tracking of results to plan, and identification of supply/demand misalignment issues. Identify and implement process improvements to improve accuracy of supply plan forecasts. Set up and reconcile supply plan information in appropriate systems (e.g., QAD, PowerBI). Develop tools to help key commercial, operations, and financial stakeholders stay aligned with the plan and current state of results. Create SOP material documentation for monthly reconciliation meetings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including plant managers, operations managers, supervisors, platform directors, segment managers, customer service, and finance. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or other analytic discipline. Four or more years of experience analyzing supply forecasts and related metrics. Experience with government program tracking is preferred. Experience with continuous improvement tools and leading continuous improvement projects is preferred. MRP tools experience required. Ability to travel up to 25%. U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply. Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $98,000.00 to $108,000.00 annually. All offer amounts are determined by applicable experience and pay equity. About Us
