Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and excellent customer service during the order taking process, whether by phone or in person.
• Communicate quickly and efficiently with team members in both the front of house and back of house to ensure guests are satisfied and receive their orders on time.
• Greet guests, take orders in-person and over the phone; upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauces, including descriptions of new items and promotions.
• Monitor orders to ensure they are ready within quoted guest order readiness times; verify accuracy and presentation before delivery to guests.
• Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately; balance register at end of shift.
• Maintain a clean and stocked Front of House (FOH); assist with restocking during downtime and follow safety and sanitation guidelines; promote safety in the workplace.
• Maintain a professional appearance according to the company\'s Uniform Standards.
• Receive and handle guest complaints and escalate to the manager on duty when needed.
• Leave guests with a positive impression of their Wingstop experience.

Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience using a computer and POS system preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Strong cash handling skills.
• Regular and punctual attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly; understand and carry out oral and written instructions; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team; ability to build relationships.
• Cashier and restaurant experience a plus.
• Physical ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds; able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
