Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant serving experience; 2+ years in management preferred
- Enjoy being on the restaurant floor and positively impacting the guest experience
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, OpenTable, and Aloha POS
- Experience with restaurant inventory and ordering
- Full-time availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High level of food and beverage knowledge
- Strong wine knowledge
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and with poise
Serving Responsibilities
- Making menu suggestions and describing dishes to guests
- Following proper steps of service
- Delivering food to tables and overseeing table maintenance
- Monitoring guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Multi-tasking with efficiency and poise
