Position Title: HR Director Wage: $110,000 - $150,000/year We are partnering with a multi-site organization in Rockford, IL to staff a HR Director position. Our client is seeking a strategic HR leader to align people, performance, and culture with business goals. This Director will partner closely with senior leadership to drive talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
