Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Strategic & Operational Leadership: Build and execute the recruiting strategy based on company and recruitment OKRs.
- Lead the Recruiting Office with a focus on performance, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement internal recruitment policies, processes, documentation, and quality standards.
- Drive the achievement of KPIs: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, first 90-day success rate, etc.
- Analyze recruitment analytics and provide strategic insights and adjustments.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and coach recruiters and researchers.
- Conduct daily team syncs, regular feedback sessions, and monthly retrospectives.
- Oversee onboarding, development planning, probation reviews, and performance tracking of team members.
- Approve vacations, sick leaves, and manage escalations and retention efforts within the Recruiting Office.
- Identify training needs and ensure continuous learning through courses, meetups, certifications, etc.
Process Ownership
- Participate in vacancy kick-off calls with clients and delivery teams.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for priority roles.
- Prioritize and assign vacancies to team members based on workload and experience.
- Ensure proper use of recruitment tools to maximize pipeline efficiency.
- Standardize workflows, interview scorecards, and reporting templates.
- Regularly review hiring performance and adapt recruitment strategy accordingly.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Align hiring timelines with delivery capacity forecasts and sales input.
- Represent the recruitment team during client syncs where hiring performance is discussed.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports.
Our Requirements To You
- 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including at least 2+ years in a Team Lead role.
- Experience working in IT outsourcing or outstaffing companies.
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment analytics, and automation tools.
- Experience conducting performance reviews or retro sessions.
- Proven experience in building recruitment strategies and managing recruiting KPIs.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills (Delivery, Sales, Clients).
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and decision-making.
- Leadership mindset with experience in team mentoring, onboarding, and retention.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Desired Technical Skills
- ATS proficiency (Lever, Greenhouse, Recruitee, Zoho Recruit, etc.), including administration, analytics, and process automation.
- Job description creation and optimization, with a focus on value proposition and selling points.
- Recruitment funnel management & optimization, analytics at each stage (CVs → interviews → offers → hires).
- Data-driven recruitment: metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire, quality-of-hire), setting OKRs/KPIs for the team.
- Advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean Search, GitHub, StackOverflow, Telegram, Discord) and sourcing tools (AmazingHiring, Lusha, CleverStaff).
- Offer management and counteroffer handling.
- HR Tech & AI tools integration into recruitment processes.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator for targeted sourcing and outreach.
- Basic understanding of legal and contractual aspects (B2B, contractor agreements, GDPR, NDA).
- Smooth candidate handoff to onboarding and evaluation of onboarding effectiveness.

- Team workload planning and prioritization.
- Balancing operational work with strategic initiatives and team development.
- Mentorship: competency assessment, regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and individual development roadmaps.
- Conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and creating a psychologically safe work environment.
- Presentation and stakeholder communication skills: reporting to HRD, COO, Delivery Leads, or CEO, and participating in hiring strategy discussions.
