Our office is located in South Denver (I-25 & Colorado Blvd) . This individual will be high energy and motivated to assist our field hiring managers with their job openings. This is a hybrid position: 3 days in office / 2 days remote Position Summary: Support recruiting efforts to fill high-volume, critical positions across all regions. Drive strategic recruiting activities to attract top talent, develop partnerships with hiring managers, and create a positive candidate experience. Assist with job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, and effective communication. Essential Functions: Serve as the main contact for factory hiring managers across multiple states Assist factories in designing recruiting strategies Influence hiring managers on recruitment activities Attract and recruit top talent regionally Manage high-volume recruiting with urgency and attention to detail Pipeline talent and develop proactive recruitment strategies Source candidates via web, social media, referrals, job fairs, etc. Pre-screen candidates for fit and qualifications Partner with factory managers on candidate evaluations and hiring recommendations Use ATS to track recruitment progress Train and support hiring managers on ATS and interview processes Create and maintain job postings and offer letters Schedule interviews and perform other duties as assigned Education: High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred Skills & Experience: 1-2 years recruiting experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and ATS Strong problem-solving and business judgment skills Effective communication at all levels Benefits: Competitive pay and bonuses Medical benefits including virtual visits FSA, ESOP, paid time off, holidays 401(k) plan Early pay access Tuff Shed is an equal opportunity employer.
