Position Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Functional Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels and tools to identify and attract top talent, including social media, job boards, networking and partnerships.
- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments through interviews, screenings, and reference checks to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
- Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate management, interview coordination, offer negotiation, drug screen and background scheduling, and onboarding.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
- Employer Branding: Represent the organization positively and professionally to candidates, promoting our employer brand and value proposition.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior members of the recruiting team, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage ATS to ensure integrity throughout the recruitment process
- Develop and implement more effective recruitment strategies to stay relevant in the industry
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to ensure competitive wages
- Provide regular updates to all hiring managers about candidates
- Conduct new hire orientation for Brannan employees as needed
- Compile and complete all new employee paperwork accurately and efficiently as needed
- Source and Attend job fairs.

- Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, and closing candidates for various roles and levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and sourcing databases.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and changing business needs while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all recruitment activities.
- Team player mentality with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the broader organizational context in which recruitment operates.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and accurate Date Entry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years' experience in Recruiting, preferred
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree with a certification in SHRM, preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to attend local hiring events.
