Overview

Essential Job Functions for an Operator I

As an Operator I, you will begin your journey in our quarry operations with a two-week training period at our White Hills location before being assigned to our Valentine location. During this time, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple operational areas, including Load Out, Scale House, and other quarry functions, under close supervision from experienced operators and supervisors. Safety and efficiency are our top priorities, and you will receive comprehensive training on all procedures and protocols.

This is a hands-on position that requires adaptability and a strong team-player mindset. Candidates must be willing to assist the team with a variety of tasks beyond operating heavy equipment. If you are unwilling to pick up a shovel, help unclog the crusher, assist with screen changes, or take on other non-operator roles as needed, this position is not for you. A willingness to get out of the cab and support the crew is essential to our success.
