Position Overview:

• Seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to support the technology hiring needs across client's enterprise.
• This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, including software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and technology procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand IT staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and attract top IT talent using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: Posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating feedback, and facilitating offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in client's applicant tracking system (Workday).
• Collaborate with external staffing agencies when needed, ensuring alignment with client's vendor policies.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as software development, DevOps, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and IT procurement.
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and terminology.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for financial services or insurance industry roles.
• Familiarity with contract and contingent workforce management.
• Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
