Aviata Health Group is looking for a qualified Receptionist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time role, 8am - 8pm.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to assist the assigned supervisor.
- Coordinate work within the department and with other departments; respond to inquiries or requests for information.
- Interact in a courteous, tactful, friendly and cooperative manner while handling issues, complaints, inquiries and questions.
- Read correspondence and memos directed to administration; handle routine responses by writing or telephoning or redirecting matters to proper parties to expedite handling; prepare confidential and routine correspondence, reports, forms, business documents, and special mailings.
- Prepare preliminary work on various projects.
- Prepare, receive and direct inter-office and U.S. mail; prepare bulk mailings for distribution.
- Organize, monitor, and maintain general administrative records and filing systems.
- Provide customer service to residents and families as necessary.
- Review and maintain time and attendance records for supervisor's approval prior to submission to payroll; enter missed punches and reconcile hours daily.
- Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences.
- Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts to continually improve systems and processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prefer two (2) year college degree or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum.
- Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
