Responsibilities

• Work on and monitor the output of an assembly station, assembly test station, and packaging station, including basic assembly, configuration, testing, and packaging of industrial automation products.
• Understand the manufacturing process in detail, troubleshoot at an appropriate level, and involve senior staff if you are unable to correct the problem.
• Monitor and check product quality, identify deviations from the norm, and take action to correct the process.
• Understand product assembly, configuration, test, and packaging documentation.
• Understand lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process.
• Follow internal protocols and standard work guidelines, and adhere to good manufacturing practices to maintain site compliance with certified quality standards.
• Promote all safety rules and initiatives; personally responsible for the safety of self and others in the work area.
• General cleaning and housekeeping of the area (5S).
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills

• Experience with assembly, configuration, testing, and packaging of industrial automation products.
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to comprehend technical procedures and processes.
• Proactive in identifying process deviations and collaborating with team members to resolve issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and follow established safety and quality practices.
• Commitment to lean manufacturing principles and waste elimination.
