It distinguishes between patient and provider voices, captures patient input as subjective notes and the clinician’s as objective findings, generates goals, and assists with CPT coding to support clinicians in delivering patient-focused care.

Position Summary Our clinical staff provide physical therapy to patients in an outpatient setting. In this role, you will create individualized care plans for each treatment, collaborate with colleagues to optimize care, and grow relationships with staff and the community you support. You will utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection while complying with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations.

Qualifications

Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association

Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
