We are seeking a highly motivated ERP Systems Support Analyst to support and enhance our Epicor ERP platforms, including Epicor Enterprise and Kinetic. This role focuses on optimizing system functionality, improving integrations with third-party applications, and developing custom tools to streamline operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support and administration for Epicor ERP platforms (Enterprise and Kinetic).
Implement new modules and processes to drive operational efficiency and system scalability.
Manage integrations between Epicor and third-party systems such as FedEx, Clippership, Loftware, Salesforce, and Shipping Solutions.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to support both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
Design, develop, and maintain scripts and applications using C#/.NET, SQL (including stored procedures), and Python.
Administer SQL Server databases, with a focus on ERP-related environments.
Lead data-related activities for acquisition integrations, including data loading, cleansing, and testing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
3 years of experience in SQL development and general programming.
3 years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET.
3 years of experience working with Epicor ERP systems (Kinetic, QuickShip, DMT, etc.).
Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and REST APIs.
Experience working in cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to align ERP capabilities with business needs.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
Customer-focused mindset in providing ERP support and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Epicor Enterprise.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization.
Knowledge of additional programming languages such as VB, C++, Access, or Python.
