By joining our Driver Licensing as a Administrative Specialist Senior in Franklin County, youll have the opportunity to Coordinates activities of stakeholder engaged in implementation of administration of program objectives. Collaborates with program participants and stakeholders planning, implementing, and monitoring of provision of services; and performs other duties.
Summary Of Responsibilities
- Coordinates activities of support staff, contractors, and community partners engaged in implementation and administration of the Mobile unit (Pop Up) program per 20RS HB453 for the purpose of issuing identity documents in those counties where permanent licensing offices are not located. This includes coordinating the activities of regional office portable unit travelers (PUT) staff, in collaboration with 93 local Judge Executives and county leadership to coordinate 214 events annually.
- Facilitates Communication and outreach to partners regarding program updates.
- Responds to programmatic inquiries from the general public as well as local government officials including judges, state legislators, and county clerks.
- Coordinates informational campaigns for targeted population including emergency response.
- Organizes, attends, and participates in program implementation meeting with internal partners coordinating information sharing of best practices.
- Reviews records and reports submitted by agency staff for compliance with legal standards and driver licensing requirements.
- Requests and collects program data, analyzes data, and writes comprehensive program status reports for executive and managerial superiors.
- Performs in-depth analysis of program support needs and recommends policy and procedure modifications.
- Provides technical assistance during events as requested.
- Attends civic and community meetings to gather or distribute program and technical information.
- Communicates procedural or program changes to program staff, contractors, and local officials.
- Other duties as assigned to assist the section and Division of Driver Licensing.
- Coordinating activity of diverse stakeholder groups towards a common goal.
- Communicating clearly with staff, public, and government requirements.
- Reviewing records for compliance with government requirements.
- Organizing events and meetings.
- Providing technical support to staff.

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Three years of professional, administrative, or business experience.
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: Additional education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Additional administrative, business, research, and/or clerical experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
