Overview
Snowflake is looking for a Partner Solution Specialist - Financial Services Industry (FSI) to drive growth within Snowflake's Data Cloud partner ecosystem. The role focuses on building a rich ecosystem of solutions for the Snowflake AI Data Cloud by prospecting new customers and selling partner products. You will engage with customers and partners to help drive growth within Snowflake’s Data Cloud business. Responsibilities
Engage with FSI partners and customers to sell partner products and drive adoption of data cloud solutions. Execute strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) plans focused on acquiring and selling partner solutions to new customers. Build and maintain relationships with Snowflake’s FSI sales teams, serving as a key point of contact for joint sales efforts with our partner ecosystem. Own the customer lifecycle, from initial engagement through the development and execution of GTM strategies for these customers. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment and track all partner business activity. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a field sales environment with a strong understanding of the data and applications partner ecosystem. Preference for Financial Services Industry experience. Experience building a strong partner ecosystem and leading GTM motions, including developing joint value messaging and sales strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively to leadership and diverse audiences. Self-starter attitude with initiative and strong problem-solving skills. Experience in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment with the ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries. Compensation and Benefits
The following represents the expected compensation range and benefits: Commission plan with total on-target earnings typically $144,000 - $160,000; estimated base salary $100,800 - $112,000. Eligibility to participate in Snowflake’s equity plan. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), FSA/HSA where applicable, paid holidays, paid time off, parental leave, and an employee assistance program. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
