and is comfortable with security principles (focus on network/firewall), infrastructure, and data protection practices. Strong skills in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), SQL, and other reporting tools are important to transform ad hoc data requests into repeatable dashboards and to communicate findings clearly. Your role initially focuses on strengthening network security layers (web security, access control, and cloud security) while building out reporting and metrics to provide leadership visibility into policy exceptions, compliance levels, and risk trends. After onboarding, the role will evolve to support DLP, Zero Trust Network Access, and SaaS/third-party partner integrations, with ongoing improvements to reporting and governance activities that monitor and improve ADP’s security posture. Likely job activities include data analysis, dashboarding, vulnerability collaboration, and contributing to security policy improvements across the organization. What You’ll Do

Planning: Assess the current state of ADP’s SASE network platform and plan risk-reduction improvements and enhancements to ADP’s web security services across the global organization. Develop: Use existing tools and data to prioritize actions that reduce risk in the environment. Measure & Report: Define metrics and dashboards to track risk reduction; translate raw data into visualizations (Power BI, Excel pivots) and deliver executive insights. Analyze: Evaluate trends, outliers, and patterns in exception management, incident response, and control data to inform process improvements and reduce risk. Collaborate: Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to test, identify, and remediate vulnerabilities and support new security policies. Design & Process Improvement: Gather requirements to develop prevention, detection, and reporting capabilities that support ADP’s network data policies; refine reporting models to monitor compliance with Global Security standards. Operate: Support governance on auditing compliance and policy exception management while improving prevention and detection capabilities; enable orchestration and automation for better metrics and operational support. Security Incident Response: Enable automation of security processes to provide rapid incident response and capture lessons learned. Security & Compliance: Drive remediation of data controls to meet audit, compliance, and network protection requirements; report progress to ensure adherence to global standards. To Succeed In This Role

3–5 years of experience in a cybersecurity/analytical role (or equivalent). Strong data analysis and reporting skills with hands-on experience in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), SQL, and visualization best practices. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Solid understanding of network security, DLP, Zero Trust, data protection, and cloud/hybrid security environments. Familiarity with scripting/automation tools (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to manipulate data and automate reporting. Curiosity and problem-solving mindset; comfortable analyzing ambiguous data and solving complex problems. Excellent communication skills to deliver insights to technical teams and executives via dashboards and reports. Collaboration skills to work with security, engineering, privacy, compliance, and technology teams to improve controls and processes.
