Employee Assistance Program. Generous Employee Referral Program and more. Position Summary The Community Relations Coordinator (Sales Coordinator) ensures a smooth transition for new residents. They possess in-depth knowledge of the community’s services, representing it effectively to referral sources and prospects. They foster relationships with residents, families, and community partners to promote the community and support a thriving environment. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about senior care. Candidates from retirement living, hotel, and real estate industries are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing lead acquisition and management plans to increase occupancy. Qualify prospects, conduct tours, and convert leads to deposits. Handle inquiries via phone, walk-in, and mail, entering information into CRM and following up. Offer community tours and share marketing materials with prospects and families. Prepare sales reports and activity boards as needed. Follow up with potential residents and referral sources. Coordinate move-in processes and assist residents and families during transition. Maintain CRM software (Yardi) accurately and promptly. Build relationships with residents and staff to ensure high satisfaction. Understand care regulations for proper prospect placement and education. Assist with setting up and tearing down special events. Requirements Education High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience. Experience, Skills, and Competencies At least 2 years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales/marketing preferred. Proven success in achieving sales goals. Positive team player with a passion for serving seniors. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings/weekends if needed.
