Overview
IAA FMS Analyst role at Booz Allen Hamilton International (U.K.) Ltd. Location and Work Model
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD, US

If the position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person as needed for the role.
Responsibilities
On our team you will support the U.S. Space Force’s programs in IAAs and FMS. In this role, you’ll develop and analyze cost, schedule, and performance data and have regular interactions with U.S. government and international partners. You will coordinate the development and implementation of security cooperation and assistance in support of the program office, including planning, communication, outreach, and foreign customer support services. You will identify and analyze solutions supporting the successful delivery of complex security and cooperation programs. You will help determine and refine program requirements. This role will coordinate across DoD components, U.S. government agencies, and foreign partners to ensure agreements and sales cases are properly developed, executed, and managed in compliance with U.S. laws, regulations, and security requirements. The impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards.

You Have
Experience with Interagency Agreements (IAAs) including adherence to policies and procedures outlined in the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) guidance Experience with DoD procedures and programs associated with FMS cases, including the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), LOA process and related case development, modifications, and amendments Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have
Experience with FMS case management and financial tracking systems (DSAMS, SCIP) Experience with DoD program budgets and CCaR inputs Strong problem-solving, research, and analysis skills Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Master’s degree
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
Compensation
Salary range for this position is $43,800.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). Compensation is influenced by location, education, experience, and contract requirements. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
