Job Number: R0224818 On our team, you will support the U.S. Space Force’s programs in IAAs and FMS. In this role, you’ll develop and analyze cost, schedule, and performance data and have regular interactions with U.S. government and international partners. You will coordinate the development and implementation of security cooperation and assistance in support of the program office, including planning, communication, outreach, and foreign customer support services. You will identify and analyze solutions supporting the successful delivery of complex security and cooperation programs. You will help determine and refine program requirements. This role will coordinate across DoD components, U.S. government agencies, and foreign partners to ensure agreements and sales cases are properly developed, executed, and managed in compliance with U.S. laws, regulations, and security requirements. Support IAAs and FMS programs, including planning, communication, outreach, and foreign customer support services. Develop and analyze cost, schedule, and performance data; interact with U.S. government and international partners. Coordinate development and implementation of security cooperation and assistance in support of the program office. Identify and analyze solutions for delivering complex security and cooperation programs; refine program requirements. Coordinate across DoD components, U.S. government agencies, and foreign partners to ensure proper development, execution, and management of agreements and sales cases in compliance with laws and security requirements. Qualifications
Experience with IAAs, including adherence to Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) guidance. Experience with DoD procedures and programs associated with FMS cases, including the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), LOA processes, and related case development. Secret security clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Nice If You Have
Experience using FMS case management and financial tracking systems (e.g., DSAMS, SCIP). Experience with DoD program budgets and CCaR System inputs. Strong problem-solving, research, and analysis skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations. Master’s degree. Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements.
