WordPress Developer / Hybrid in Irvine Irvine, California Hybrid Contract $30/hr - $60/hr We’re looking for an experienced Mid to Senior-level WordPress Web Developer to take ownership of high-traffic corporate websites and lead generation funnels. As the resident WordPress expert, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end development, performance, and security of web properties. This is a hybrid position in the Orange County area, and contract to hire. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with a team of software engineers to ensure a robust, scalable, and modern WordPress ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong PHP background, React.js experience, and a passion for building custom solutions that drive measurable business results. Contract Duration: 6 months contract to hire Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of professional experience with WordPress development

Expert-level PHP skills and deep understanding of WordPress architecture (Hooks, APIs, Plugins)

Any front-end experience with React or Vue is a bonus

Desired Skills & Experience Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

Proven ability to manage and scale high-traffic WordPress websites
