Senior Software Systems Quality Engineer

What You Will Do Compliance – Ensure digital products adhere to contractual requirements. Review and approve inputs/outputs to/from partner organizations. Requirements Verification experience: software/systems specifications, functionality, performance, release plans, statement of work, contracts. Release Management experience: checklists, labels, versions, licenses, repositories. Test Witnessing experience: test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test sites. Software Processes experience: requirements decomposition, code reviews, functions/features, build/configuration management. Defect Management experience: dispositioning, prioritization, resolution, implementation. Records Management experience: software executables, release notes, security bulletins, training manuals, user guides. Integration experience: security, systems, software, hardware, connectivity, tools, equipment. Maintenance Processes experience: patches, upgrades, installation, backups, recovery, synchronization. Technology experience: applications, servers, virtual machines, networks, storage. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Security Clearance. U.S. citizenship is required. Qualifications We Prefer Senior role in software engineering. Project experience: overseeing, coordination, planning, prioritization, execution, and escalation. Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) familiarity. Root cause analysis and corrective actions experience. Metrics: defining, developing, monitoring, measuring, reporting, dashboards. Agile experience: SCRUM, sprints/increments, stories/points, backlog/burndown; CI/CD. PowerPoint: creating/presenting senior management briefings. Standards: AS9115, AS9100, ISO9001. Strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Development: integrating Dev environments, modeling or databases tools (e.g., ClearCase, DOORS, RQM, Cameo, Rhapsody, Oracle, SAP).
