Our executive team is comprised of former founders and senior leaders at fast-rising startups and larger tech companies. This role manages a set number of large clients within Tatari’s portfolio. You will build strong client relationships, be seen as a leader by clients, and work across internal departments to ensure client needs are met. You will work directly with marketing and media leads across the portfolio of companies we service. For our clients, Tatari is considered an extension to their business focused on their TV media program. This is an in-office position with a hybrid work policy (2 days per week in the office).

Responsibilities

Manage post-sales relationships for large client accounts as the primary contact and trusted advisor

Listen to clients’ needs and identify unknown or unmet needs

Work confidently in a fast-paced environment, reacting quickly to client requests while managing shifting timelines and priorities

Collaborate with our Media Buying team on a weekly basis to ensure success and scale with TV campaigns

Become an expert of all things Tatari and leverage internal subject matter experts (Engineering, Data Science, etc.) to help clients prioritize and solve problems

Spend time with clients (up to 10% travel) and build relationships with C-level executives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution, preferably in marketing, economics, statistics, or business administration

4+ years in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles, including C-level interactions

Proficient understanding of linear and streaming TV landscape

Highly organized and detail oriented

Ability to tell a story with data

Ability to clearly communicate technical terms and concepts

Excellent presentation and listening skills; comes prepared to meetings

Comfortable conversing with engineers and marketing managers; not a salesperson

Bonus: understanding of digital marketing (SEM, FB), programmatic experience, advanced Excel, and data visualization

Bonus: media agency experience in planning, strategy, and/or marketing science

Competitive salary ($110,000-$155,000 annually)
