Job Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serves as the Clinical Supervisor for the ABA services. The BCBA’s skills are used to conduct functional behavior assessments and produce function-based treatment. As a primary function, the BCBA is responsible for the training & supervision of direct care staff to ensure effective implementation of the behavior plan.
Job Responsibilities:
Complete initial assessments and behavior support plan in a timely manner. Collect and oversee the collection of data pertaining to assessment and treatment planning. Maintain contact and appropriate follow-up with client families. Create a schedule for the Behavior Technician to provide direct care in the home. Supervise and train the Behavior Technicians in the home to ensure the accurate service delivery. Enter and maintain weekly schedule and complete treatment notes in a timely manner. Attend clinical meetings. Maintain accurate client records. Maintain 25 billable hours per week. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis, or closely related field.
Board certification as an Applied Behavior Analyst.
Skills And Experience
2+ years of clinical ABA experience with children, adolescents and young adults. Experience complying with and/or creating detailed treatment plans.
