Assist with collecting rent, bank deposits, preparing and submitting rent roll and income verification Monitor work orders and perform grounds walks daily Answer telephones, file, and prepare correspondence Assist residents with questions or problems Assist with evictions, annual inspections and repairs Assist with re-certifications; resident notification, setting up appointments, and tracking Supervise three or more employees Qualifications
1+ year of affordable housing property management experience Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC and ADA guidelines Strong problem solving and resident relations skills Strong computer and phone skills MS Office and Yardi Voyager experience required Criminal Background & Drug Testing
EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates with a conditional job offer. Some roles may require fingerprinting. If onsite housing is required, household members over 18 must also undergo background checks and tenant screening. Drug testing is required within 72 hours of accepting a conditional offer. EAH does not test for marijuana/cannabis. Satisfactory completion of background checks and drug testing is a requirement of employment. Compensation & Benefits
