Global Manufacturing Overview
Our client, a global leader in their industry, is seeking a Sales/Pricing Analyst to provide tactical support across contract management, chargeback processing, and pricing operations in both U.S. and Canadian markets. Responsibilities
Assist with contract administration and chargeback processing for both Industrial and Medical business segments Manage backlog and current submissions Review contracts for accuracy and escalate issues as needed Coordinate with external stakeholders for contract routing Pricing & Discrepancy Resolution
Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, including distributor pricing Research pricing changes and support tariff updates launching in Q4 Systems & Data Management
Maintain and validate pricing data in Oracle Support transition to Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP Utilize advanced Excel functions (v-lookups, x-lookups, filters, subtotals) Qualifications
Prior experience in pricing, contracts administration, or chargeback processing Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle and MS Dynamics preferred) Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
