Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of operations, maintenance, and capital budgets. You will conduct thorough analyses, identify potential risks and opportunities, and contribute valuable insights for business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience with variance reporting, month-end close processes, and the development of both short-term and long-term business plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining construction project schedules and performance reports. Your role will also involve ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities
Budget Forecasting & Reporting: Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting for operations, maintenance, and capital budgets. Provide detailed insights into potential risks and opportunities. Variance Analysis: Conduct variance reporting, identifying discrepancies between actual performance and budgeted expectations, and providing actionable recommendations. Month-End Close & Accruals: Participate in month-end close processes, assist with accruals, and ensure proper financial recording for operations and projects. Business Planning: Assist in the development of short-term and long-term business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Project Scheduling & Reporting: Establish and manage construction project schedules. Prepare and maintain regular project reports, including schedule summaries and performance metrics. Ad-Hoc Analysis & Reporting: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested, providing valuable insights to support decision-making. Process Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to streamline and improve financial reporting, forecasting, and budget processes. Seniority level
