What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to support Prosperity goals.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role using video communication software; you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need

Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation and Pay
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with pay-for-performance rewards. Pay ranges vary by location, and the base pay is influenced by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Examples of regional ranges include:
Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
