What You Will Do Help customers complete taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, manage product/software inquiries. Use government websites, professional resources to deliver right answer to customer using everyday language. Virtual, customer-facing role using video communication software; document interactions accurately.
Who You Are Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax prep software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and extensive tax law knowledge; active PTIN. Bilingual English/Spanish written & spoken. Excellent customer service skills; professional, friendly, confident video and audio interaction.
What You Need Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Available to work minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
