Who We Are : At Remedy Organics, our mission is to bring convenient, functional nutrition to the world in the form of delicious plant-based beverages and immunity shots. Our functional wellness shakes are certified organic, dairy free, gluten free, soy free, and vegan. Each bottle contains Prebiotics that provide strong functional health benefits in the areas of immune health and digestive health. Our products also contain Adaptogens such as Maca and Ashwagandha which are botanicals that can impart strength, energy, stamina, endurance, and mental clarity.
What You’ll Do : As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Remedy Organics in the field. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with store buyers while expanding our presence at key retailers throughout the region. You will spend approximately 90% of your time merchandising, visiting accounts, and upselling at each location.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary function of the role is merchandising, and upselling Cultivate strong relationships with buyers at store level to grow and expand the Remedy Organics business Manage existing accounts while working to gain additional placements, including eye-catching secondary displays and cooler placements. Strategically plan your weekly visits to optimize your time and make every account visit count—12-15 locations a day Log store visit data into Repsly (software to document in-store wins, issues, contacts, and action items) Execute new product launches and promotions. Share your weekly successes and updates from the field with our team. Availability to travel to other regions with multiple overnights to support the brand with retail execution, trade shows, and events Conduct occasional in-store demos and events to drive trial with new consumers Who You Are : We’re looking for someone who is self-driven, motivated, and eager to dive into a fast-paced, innovative environment. Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience in food/beverage sales Energetic and eager to learn—self-motivated and competitive. Reliable and adaptable, with the ability to navigate the SoCal geography. This role requires the use of your own personal vehicle for work-related travel Knowledge of the local market, including key retailers and consumer trends is a plus Due to the territory coverage, candidates should live within 10 miles of West Los Angeles Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. MS Office proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Professional and enthusiastic in client interactions. Mileage reimbursement
