Role Summary
We’re seeking a
Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead end-to-end recruitment at Crowded. This person will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define roles, source top-tier candidates, build pipelines, improve recruiting processes, and strengthen Crowded’s employer brand. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, with a lot of opportunity to shape how we hire as we scale. Key Responsibilities
Partner with department heads (Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Engineering) to define hiring needs, target candidates, role profiles, and success criteria. Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across functions. Utilize direct sourcing, job boards, social media, referrals, and diversity‑oriented channels. Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job descriptions, posting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Implement tools/processes to track key recruiting metrics (e.g. time to fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness). Use data to continuously improve recruiting outcomes.
