Join the Ritz‑Carlton Yacht Collection as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role you will develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies for both shipboard and shoreside positions, focusing on hard‑to‑fill roles and strategic talent branding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of global talent acquisition strategies aligned with company growth objectives, focusing on shoreside positions.
Build and execute action plans to address hard‑to‑fill roles, leveraging market insights and innovative sourcing techniques.
Establish and refine a talent branding strategy that elevates the company’s visibility as a premier employer across global markets.
Actively participate in full recruitment cycles for key positions, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Drive proactive talent pipeline development through sourcing strategies, industry partnerships, and targeted outreach initiatives.
Build strong relationships with business and HR leaders to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Introduce cutting‑edge talent acquisition practices, including AI‑driven recruitment tools and enhanced candidate engagement platforms.
Serve as a thought leader to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Advance employer branding through social media, career events, and internal programs, and develop internal advocacy programs to engage employees.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing global talent acquisition team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Partner with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies and Employer of Record services, to support global hiring initiatives when necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of leading global recruitment strategies.
Extensive full‑cycle recruitment experience, including direct involvement in filling executive, technical, and specialized roles.
Strong experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and developing high‑performing teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and hiring managers.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive recruitment strategies and decision‑making.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in global recruitment.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the maritime, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
Global recruitment experience with an understanding of multi‑national hiring complexities.
Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies for hard‑to‑fill, highly specialized roles.
Work Environment
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote in a typical office environment.
Dynamic work requiring frequent walking and standing; visual acuity required for data analysis.
Approximately 10–30% travel, including shipyards, international locations, and aboard cruise ships.
Candidate must be able to pass a background check.
