Responsibilities As a Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner, lead HR functions including employee relations, enforcing company policies, and resolving disputes in the workplace. Encourage an inclusive workplace culture to improve employee job satisfaction and the business’ reputation as a top place to work. Conduct internal investigations with managers and employees regarding reports of misconduct. Provide HR support and guidance to management and staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive issues arise. Execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations. Create and write company policies under the direction of the Director of Employee Relations and Chief Human Resources Officer. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Attend unemployment hearings to represent the organization and provide evidence to support claims. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 5 years of HR management experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Proficiency with or ability to learn ADP Workforce Now HRIS.
