(Corporate Office) - travel required. As a

Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner , you will lead HR functions including employee relations, enforcing company policies, and resolving disputes in the workplace. Responsibilities include: Conducting internal investigations with managers and employees regarding reports of misconduct. Providing HR support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise. Executing routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations. Creating and writing company policies under the direction of the Director of Employee Relations and Chief Human Resources Officer. Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices. Attending unemployment hearings via phone to represent the organization while providing evidence to support claims. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required. 5 years of HR management preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
