We’re looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant (CX & Healthcare) - Greater Sacramento to lead high-impact recruiting efforts for customer experience and healthcare operations roles in the Greater Sacramento area. This isn’t a full-cycle role, but you’ll drive the recruiting strategy, sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring manager partnership — with the support of a TA Associate to manage coordination and logistics. Lead sourcing, candidate engagement, and interview management for high-volume CX and healthcare roles, including medical claims and call center positions. Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, provide market insights, and influence decisions. Create and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pools. Use AI tools like Copilot and automation to streamline outreach and improve candidate quality. Collaborate with a TA Associate who will support scheduling, communication, and applicant tracking. Qualifications
3+ years of experience recruiting in high-volume or customer-facing environments. Strong sourcing ability using LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and creative digital outreach. Healthcare recruiting experience preferred, especially in Medical Claims or back-office operations. Familiarity with AI tools, ATS platforms, and high-volume recruiting tech. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and prioritization skills. What You Should Expect In This Role

The pay range for this position is
$69,100.00 - $80,000.00
per year, however the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
