Analyst, Revenue Management

The Revenue Management (RM) Analyst will report to the Manager, Revenue Management and will manage inventory, pricing, and ticket revenue by leveraging data sets and BI dashboards. The role involves analyzing booking trends and demand, identifying opportunities for incremental revenue, and collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Commercial Planning, and Data Science. There are strong opportunities for growth inside and outside of the department. Responsibilities
Optimize yields through data-driven inventory management and pricing strategies Develop pricing and promotional strategies at different levels (e.g., market, booking channel) Conduct ongoing competitor price and product analysis Validate reports and data at different levels of granularity Quote incentive group and charter business opportunities Provide frequent performance updates to key stakeholders, including senior leadership This position description does not state or imply that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee. Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) 1-2 years work or internship experience, preferably in business, pricing, and/or financial analysis Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and other MS Office applications Understanding of revenue management and/or basic economic concepts Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of data independently, and make data-driven decisions and/or recommendations Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects concurrently Ability to drive decision making to support revenue goals Understand implications of currency changes and adjust market-specific pricing to optimize sourcing mix Physical & Working Conditions
Physical requirements:
The role requires sitting, standing, writing, reviewing and typing reports, data compilation, PC usage, communication, listening, and evaluating information. May involve some lifting of up to 10-15 pounds. Visual requirements include distant, close, and color vision, with the ability to adjust focus. Working conditions:
Miami-based position with some travel. Office environment with possible travel to other locations as needed. Job Details
