Overview

Wood is recruiting for an IT Contracts Specialist to join our IT, Digital & Technology team for a 12 month fixed term position. You will partner with the IT department but also various internal stakeholders, including Finance, Commercial and Legal. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who have delivered contract reviews including project specific contracts and MSAs. You should also have knowledge of Supply Chain activities such as managing purchase orders. This position is open to both hybrid and remote candidates in the UK. Responsibilities

Responsible for the commercial and contracting aspects of the main IT Service contracts Provide guidance, direction and support to all relevant stakeholders on both Woods and the suppliers specific contractual obligations and responsibilities Utilisation of Wood Approved Supplier Register (ASR) supplemented when required by contract approved supplier registers for supplier evaluation, audit, and selection. Ensure that contract rates are accurate and using these as necessary in commercial modelling and estimating. In conjunction with this, ensuring invoicing is correct and managing payment instructions Regular maintenance of commercial documentation and commercial administration, whilst capturing all internal and external in year savings targets as per business plan Assist in the implementation of global/regional/country initiatives as per business plans Champion and follow the relevant DOA and commercial / contracting policies by coordinating and checking Contract Change Notifications / Modification Forms, ensuring all is correct before following internal DOA for signature Review of confidentiality agreements / NDAs and negotiation of contractual terms with suppliers Involvement in relevant commercial reviews of tenders and any contract renegotiations Hold meetings with the contract provider(s) involving action trackers - ensuring these actions are completed and coordinating any follow-up and correspondence as necessary Review contract flow-down terms to be incorporated into purchase orders and subcontracts, in conjunction with Supply Chain and other functions Provision of contractual inputs to Commercial Handovers including contract novation’s and renewals Contract clarification advice to stakeholders and project teams Qualifications

Working knowledge of contract terms, contract principles, and reviewing of contracting policies Working knowledge of Finance systems. Broad knowledge of Suppliers, commercial Evaluations, Negotiations and Terms and Conditions of Purchase / Contract Experience of Subcontract Agreements and Framework Agreements and Industry forms of Subcontract Desirable
