We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate TransactionAttorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. This role involves drafting and negotiating complex legal documents, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on legal risks and compliance issues associated with commercial property matters.
Duties :
Candidates should possess experience in commercial leasing, portfolio or multi-site purchases or sales transactions, title and survey review, and general transactional due diligence.
Represent clients in the sale, disposition, development, and financing of commercial real estate assets including office and retail.
The successful candidate will be able to lead real estate transactions, including direct negotiation of transactional documents.
Experience with drafting fundamental documents related to commercial real estate transactions.
Requirements :
3-5 years of experience working as a Real Estate Transaction Attorney
Prior experience with commercial real estate, urban redevelopment, land use, public financing mechanisms, and/or construction law.
Being admitted to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and proactively complete transactions
Have exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Range
$250,000 - $250,000 USD
