Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Transaction Attorney to join our legal team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. This role involves drafting and negotiating complex legal documents, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on legal risks and compliance issues associated with commercial property matters. Responsibilities
Possess experience in commercial leasing, portfolio or multi-site purchases or sales transactions, title and survey review, and general transactional due diligence. Represent clients in the sale, disposition, development, and financing of commercial real estate assets including office and retail. Lead real estate transactions, including direct negotiation of transactional documents. Draft fundamental documents related to commercial real estate transactions. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience working as a Real Estate Transaction Attorney Prior experience with commercial real estate, urban redevelopment, land use, public financing mechanisms, and/or construction law Admitted to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and proactively complete transactions Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Work Arrangement
This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in the office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position. Compensation
Pay Range: $250,000 USD - $250,000 USD
