What’s the Job?

Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to streamline staffing processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.

Coordinate interview schedules, liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams to facilitate smooth interview logistics.

Arrange travel accommodations for candidates when necessary and process reimbursement requests promptly.

Manage candidate onboarding activities, including completing applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9 documentation accurately and on time.

Monitor and track background checks, drug tests, and physicals, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met efficiently.

What’s Needed?

High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's degree in a related area is preferred.

Minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming environment for candidates.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in recruiting technologies (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
