As a Post Approval Coordinator, you will be part of the Claims Support Department supporting insurance operations. Obtain completed documents and forms necessary for insurance policies to be placed in-force. Communicate effectively via email and phone with insurance agents, their staff, and internal teams to understand and fulfill requests. Explain processes and procedures related to insurance documentation and resolve issues with incomplete or incorrect documents. Prepare documents for electronic signatures and track their status to ensure timely processing. Assess requests, determine appropriate actions, and utilize available resources to provide solutions efficiently. What’s Needed?
High School diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of related experience in administrative or insurance support roles. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. What’s in it for me?
