What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as a liaison between IT and business counterparts to ensure project work items progress and solutions meet business requirements
Lead the delivery of work streams while collaborating with business, legacy data, and IT teams to maintain deployment timelines
Conduct risk management assessments and develop mitigation plans in coordination with the program management office
Manage testing, training, data migration, and cut-over processes while collaborating with Change Management teams
Support live sites in resolving operational issues by guiding them through business process steps and available solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related program
At least 10+ years of experience as an SAP Procurement, EWM, and Logistics Execution Solution Architect in large-scale projects
Expertise in SAP EWM and Procurement (Requisition to Pay - R2P) solutioning
Integration knowledge with PP/QM, SD, and MES systems
Thorough understanding of Logistics Execution Systems (LES), including EWM business processes and Procurement processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience leading ERP deployment projects in dynamic environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
Familiarity with change management practices in ERP implementations
Proven ability to identify and address potential gaps in business processes
