Overview
Our Client, a Business Manufacturing And Supply company, is looking for a SAP Warehouse Management (LE WM) Delivery Lead for their Corning, NY location.
Responsibilities
Partner with Value Stream Leads, Solution Architect, Factory (CA and Developer), Functional Analyst (GSM), Change management and business power users of each business/site implementation from initial engagement through deployment.
Have SAP S/4 HANA solutioning experience in LES space, including IM/MM/Procurement and extended warehouse management related business processes and integration to PP/QM/SD and Manufacturing execution System (MES).
Act as a hands-on ERP deployment lead to work with IT and business counterparts as liaison to trace and track project work items progress and validate solutions provided by IT to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Deliver work streams as a lead working with business, legacy data, and IT teams without impacting deployment timelines.
Lead cross‑team communications to ensure risk management assessments are conducted regularly and mitigation plans identified to gain program management office attention and support.
Lead/participate in Process, Security, Data, and Reporting requirement management sessions; manage testing, training, data migration and cut‑over lead activities in partnership with Change Management to address concerns and mitigate risk.
Lead/participate in early engagement and business readiness activities with business and IT to bring global template knowledge, gather requirements, build business cases, and identify potential gaps for standardization reviews and project delivery.
Support live sites on day‑to‑day business process operational issues by guiding correct business processes and available GT solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering or related program (minimum required).
Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of SAP Procurement, EWM & Logistics Execution solution architecture experience in large-scale projects and dynamic environments to lead and deliver EWM solutions.
Hard skills in SAP EWM and Procurement (Requisition to Pay - R2P) solutioning.
Integration knowledge with PP/QM, SD and MES.
Thorough knowledge of LES including EWM business processes and Procurement processes including Accounts Payable.
Soft skills in project management, including communication, scheduling, scope management, and risk management.
Fluent in English and cross‑functional communication experience.
Self-management, accountability, and proactive nature to address business requests.
MDG skills focusing on Material and Vendor master areas are an added advantage.
Team player, culture change agent, cross‑functional communication, self‑learning, and SAP change agent mindset.
