Execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations Perform data validation across multiple Salesforce modules and integrated systems to ensure accuracy and completeness Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and admins to clarify requirements and identify test coverage Document defects clearly and track them through resolution, ensuring timely retesting and closure Support regression, functional, and UAT testing efforts Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test results Provide input into improving QA processes, tools, and best practices specific to Salesforce testing Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a QA Tester, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce applications Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows Hands-on experience validating custom objects and performing data validation in Salesforce Proficiency in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and defect reports Familiarity with Salesforce reports and dashboards for data testing Experience testing Salesforce integrations with external systems Solid SQL skills for querying and validating data across systems Excellent communication and documentation skills Preferred Skills

Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex testing Exposure to Salesforce automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Copado, or similar) Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
