Base pay range

$37.40/hr - $48.00/hr Responsibilities

Review and interpret project recordings and extensive documentation to gain full context quickly Lead the development of user stories, process flows, impact analysis, and wireframes for Salesforce and Mulesoft integrations Conduct dependency tracking and ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders Translate complex integration requirements between Salesforce/Mulesoft and ICOMS/CSG billing systems into actionable deliverables Collaborate with technical teams and business units to align priorities and manage competing interests Ensure deliverables follow Agile best practices, including INVEST criteria for user stories Support end-to-end documentation including functional requirements and as-is/to-be process flows Utilize JIRA for backlog grooming, story tracking, and sprint planning Participate in Agile ceremonies and serve as the central liaison between business and development teams Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting system integrations Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong experience writing user stories, building process flows, and performing impact analyses Deep familiarity with Salesforce data structure and/or Mulesoft integration architecture Demonstrated ability to wireframe new features or systems Experience using JIRA for story management and dependency tracking Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to coordinate across multiple workstreams with competing priorities Ability to self-start and rapidly assimilate project knowledge without handholding Preferred Skills

Experience integrating with ICOMS and/or CSG billing systems Knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) Familiarity with Lucidchart, MS Visio, or similar tools for process mapping Telecommunications billing experience Pay and benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
