Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem.

Frontend expertise with Vue 3, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.

Solid SQL Server experience (queries, stored procedures, performance optimization).

Familiarity with xUnit (or similar testing frameworks) and a TDD mindset.

Ability to navigate and improve legacy codebases while contributing to modernization.

A Team-First Mindset—You elevate others, collaborate openly, and believe in shared success. You understand the importance of building relationships both on and outside the team.

A Growth Mindset—You are curious, adaptable, and willing to learn from both successes and failures.

A Quality Mindset—You take responsibility for product quality and results. Our engineers see software features through to delivery to the customer.

Pragmatism and Flexibility—You understand there is often more than one right way to solve a problem.
