CommonSpirit Health . We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech to perform duties of circulating, scrub, and monitoring of invasive cardiology procedures. The role involves assisting cardiologists with diagnostic and interventional procedures during cardiac catheterizations, contributing to the operations of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and demonstrating an understanding of all invasive procedures, equipment, supplies, and indications. Responsibilities include: Performing circulating, scrub, and monitoring duties during invasive cardiology procedures. Assisting cardiologists with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab. Understanding and managing all invasive procedures, equipment, and supplies. Qualifications: Associate's degree (minimum). Current BLS certification and ACLS certification or completion within 90 days of hire. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification and Washington State Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification. Preferred:
Bachelor's degree and experience with structural heart procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman device placement, etc. This position requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire, which must be maintained internally within the facility.
