We’re seeking an experienced Payroll & Accounts Payable Superstar to bring accuracy, efficiency, and insight to our finance team. About the role This role will see you take ownership of: Payroll processing – ensuring accurate and timely processing payments for our team Accounts payable – processing supplier invoices and payments Supporting the finance team with reconciliations, reporting, and other accounting tasks Providing administrative support across departments as required This is a hands-on position where your experience and expertise will make a real impact. What we’re looking for We’re after someone with proven payroll experience, preferably in a medium-to-large organisation, who is confident managing deadlines and ensuring compliance. Key skills and attributes: Solid background in end-to-end payroll processing Accounts payable experience Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems Great communication and teamwork skills NZ residency or valid NZ work visa Why join us?
